At the face value you receive a couple of beers to drink leisurely at your home, but that’s not what we aim to do for you; Hoppy Butterfly’s Beer Drop is designed with the experience of craft beer culture and the appreciation of brewer’s craftsmanship in mind. Our beer drop is thematic and story-telling. We pick beers to include in our Beer Drop based on their characters and how they are brought together in a single theme. Each time you open the box, we hope to surprise you and invite you through another fun journey.

Here’s how we create a Beer Drop for each month:

• Choose the theme: We start by picking the theme of the month. Themes could be seasonal, based on a specific style of beer, or an orchestrated taste profile that we’d love you to explore.
• Choose the beers: We then choose beers according to the theme of the month, with a special emphasis on prioritizing Thai craft beers. We have one “tasting day” to actually taste the beers before picking the beers that will make it to your final beer drop.
• Write the beer’s story: The tale behind each glass of beer is what makes the beers taste better. That’s why we include the beer’s story as a part of our Beer Drop experience.
• Create the package: Everything is carefully packed in a box – the beers, the snack to go with beer, and a poster detailing the stories behind each beer in that month's Beer Drop.
• Deliver: Your Beer Drop is delivered directly to your address via private delivery, ensuring safe and secure transportation.
• Feedback: We value your feedback! After you've had a chance to enjoy your beers, we collect your feedback to share with our partners such as the breweries and distributors. As well to continuously improve our services and deliver even better experiences with each Beer Drop.

We currently offer shipping services to addresses within Bangkok and nearby districts. Not sure if you’re within our service area? Message us and we’ll confirm with you.

We schedule our Beer Drops for shipment during the 3rd or 4th week of each month. You'll receive advance notification to let you know when your beer is on its way.

We use the private delivery service for our Beer Drop. It usually takes 30-120 minutes from us to your place. The delivery person will call you or leave it at your door per your instruction. Please let us know if you have specific delivery preferences.

We’re really sorry that happened. As much as we do our best to ensure we’re sending out non-expired beer, it does happen.
Drinking expired beer is generally not harmful for your health. However, the flavor profile is compromised along the time past its expiration date and the condition they’re kept in (which is why it’s good idea to keep your beer in the fridge). You could still drink it and enjoy it, but it might not be what exactly the brewer had originally in mind.
